KIWIFRUIT - GOOD THINGS COME IN SMALL PACKAGES

MOMENCE, ILLINOIS… (August, 2007)…It’s time to add the fabulous flavor of kiwi to your products with Freeze-dried Kiwi from Van Drunen Farms (VDF).

This peculiar little fruit is known for its brown, fuzzy outside and its green, juicy inside. Whatever you may call it, Kiwi or Kiwifruit, its flavor can be difficult to describe. It tastes like a combination of peaches, strawberries, and melon. Kiwi is also a nutritious little fruit - high in antioxidant vitamin C and is a good source of fiber, vitamin E and potassium.
