Application Guide

Freeze-dried
Useful in candy fillings, dessert and bakery mixes, breakfast cereals and in any application where fresh fruit flavor and piece identity is desired. Processing options include: whole pieces, slices, dices and powders.

Drum-dried
Drum-dried flakes and powders are well-suited for fillings, sauces, instant foods, beverages, and to
add fruit flavor and sweetness without added particulate.

IQF
Best used in cooked products, snack mixes and bakery mixes. Available in diced pieces and powders.

Infused
Suitable for hot and cold cereals, bakery mixes, ice cream add-ins, pastry fillings and snack mixes.
Whole fruit pieces, as well as some sliced or diced options are available.
